Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING & Return POLICY

  • All sales are final and once orders have been placed, unfortunately we cannot modify them.

  • Generally, orders are processed within 48 hours. Custom orders and orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped on the next business day.

 

  • Delivery times can be delayed due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

  • We do not accept returns and all monies are non-refundable. ​

  • All orders will be shipped via Priority Mail USPS.

​​

  • We do not ship internationally, only to U.S. and territories.

​​

  • Southern Jane Candles & Company will replace products defective or broken in transit.

​​

  • Freight damages are the responsibility of the carrier. Damages must be reported within 3 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • A photograph of damaged products and packing materials with information about shipment and order should be emailed to southernjaneco@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • Southern Jane Candles & Company will file a carrier claim on your behalf and replace damaged products.

​​

  • By purchasing products from the Southern Jane Candles & Company website, you agree that you understand how to safely store and use all products.

  • Southern Jane Candles & Company will not be responsible for any problems with products due to improper use or storage of products.
