All sales are final and once orders have been placed, unfortunately we cannot modify them.

Generally, orders are processed within 48 hours, customized orders process times can vary.

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped on the next business day.

Delivery times can be delayed due to USPS.

We do not accept returns and all monies are non-refundable (for payments, service fees, shipping cost, etc.).

All orders will be shipped via Priority Mail USPS.

We do not ship internationally, only to U.S. and territories.

Freight damages are the responsibility of the carrier. Damages must be reported within 3 days of receipt of your shipment.

A photograph of damaged products and packing materials with information about shipment and order should be emailed to southernjaneco@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt of your shipment.
